Der Freischutz Baden Baden

The Arte-tv live broadcast of Der Freischutz from Baden Baden on 1 June (which was stunning) contained a spoken dialogue during the second interval. Can anyone provide the source?

To begin to answer my own question I find that arte-tv has posted the whole libretto of Der Freischutz (in German) including the interval spoken dialogue which, if my understanding of the German commentator is correct, comes from Baudelaire. But no source is given.
